Session Formats & Scheduling

Our retreat sessions are offered in two formats to create intimate and impactful experiences:

Friday Sessions:

2-hour sessions

Small groups (maximum 10 participants)

Each session is repeated 3 times on Friday to accommodate multiple groups

Saturday Sessions:

2- or 4-hour sessions

Whole group (maximum 30 participants)

Offered once on Saturday

When submitting your proposal, please indicate your preferred session format and availability.

Join Us as a Facilitator

We’re always looking to collaborate with clinicians, educators, and community experts who are passionate about growing, learning, and healing in community.

If you're interested in facilitating an interactive session at one of our retreats, we’d love to hear from you! Please submit your proposal, including your preferred location(s) and session day.

Many who stayed for the full retreat—regardless of whether they led a session—shared that it was a profoundly meaningful and rewarding experience.

Strong Session Proposals Will:

Engage participants through interactive or experiential formats

Encourage reflection, connection, and meaningful dialogue

Offer practical tools, insight, or skills that support growth and healing

Speak to shared experiences across the constellation, while recognizing nuance

Align with the retreat’s mission and theme

Suggested Topics Include:

Therapeutic & Healing Approaches

Trauma-informed modalities (e.g., IFS, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Narrative Therapy)

Identity shifts and integration

Intergenerational trauma and family systems

Attachment, rejection, and repair

Cultural humility and working across diverse backgrounds

Neurodivergence and mental health

Grief, Loss & Reconnection

Ambiguous and disenfranchised grief

What We Provide:

We deeply value the time, care, and expertise our facilitators bring to retreat spaces. To honor your contribution, we offer:

Complimentary retreat registration

Financial compensation for facilitated sessions

Dedicated support leading up to and during the retreat

Access to all sessions and community events throughout the retreat weekend

A chance to be part of a meaningful, peer-led gathering where many facilitators stay on and engage as full participants

Notes for Selected Facilitators:

  • Promotion of Retreat: All facilitators are expected to help promote the retreat on social media.

  • Zoom for Facilitators: All facilitators are required to meet before the retreat to connect with one another.

  • Compensation: We offer financial compensation and complimentary retreat registration for facilitators who are part of our community.

  • Handouts & Supplies: Facilitators are responsible for providing their handout content in advance. We will print materials and provide any special supplies you may need.

  • Facilitator Schedule: Notifications of acceptance will be emailed - please check your spam.
