Go Deeper and Come Home
In this experiential workshop, Annette Becklund invites participants to explore deeper layers of self that may feel distant following identity disruption or life-altering discoveries. Through guided reflection and creative practices, participants are offered space to reconnect with enduring parts of themselves and consider what steadiness and self-recognition can look like moving forward.
Andrea Lomboy, M.Ed.

Andrea Lomboy brings both lived experience and professional training to her trauma-informed work supporting individuals navigating identity disruption and late DNA discoveries. With more than 30 years of service across medical, civic, faith, government, and military settings, her work integrates public health practice with whole-person approaches to emotional and physical wellbeing.
A personal DNA discovery revealed Andrea is a three-time NPE/MPE, deepening her understanding of identity disruption and late-arriving truths. She is a Harvard-trained Lifestyle & Wellness Coach, a graduate of Dr. Gabor Maté’s H.E.A.L. Method Master Class, holds a Master’s Degree in Education, and is an ordained minister.
