Retreats
Hiraeth Hope & Healing retreats are multi-day, in-person gatherings that offer extended time for connection, reflection, and community.
These experiences balance facilitated sessions with opportunities for rest, creativity, and unstructured time.
Retreats are intentionally paced to allow relationships and insight to unfold naturally.
There is no pressure to participate or perform.
Participants are encouraged to listen to their own needs and engage in ways that feel supportive and self-directed.
Retreat homes open for arrival at 4:00 PM on Thursday, with the first facilitated session beginning promptly at 5:00 PM.
Retreat programming officially concludes at 1:00 PM on Sunday. After the closing session, participants are welcome to enjoy optional activities or simply spend additional time with the community. While many choose to depart on Monday morning, Sunday departures are also welcome.
A detailed retreat schedule is provided to all registered participants before the retreat, allowing everyone to prepare while preserving the unique experience of each gathering.
Individual retreat pages include information about facilitators, location, accommodations, registration, and other event-specific details.
