Programs Overview

Special Thank-You Perk

Because you’ve joined us for three or more retreats, we want to show our appreciation! Eligible attendees will receive a $50 off registration code via email to use toward their next retreat.

⚠️ This code cannot be combined with other discounts and is valid for a limited time. Check your email for expiration details.
⚠️ Codes must be entered at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

Repeat Attendee Loyalty Program

A loyalty punch card is issued after your first paid retreat registration.

  • One heart is earned for each fully paid retreat registration.

  • After your 6th paid retreat, you’ll receive a 25% off registration code to use on your 7th retreat registration.

  • After your 12th paid retreat, you’ll receive a 50% off registration code to use on your 14th retreat registration.

  • After using the 50% off on the 14th retreat, you’ll receive a new punch card, and the program begins again.

⚠️ Punches are earned only for fully paid registrations. Discounted retreats (like your 7th or 14th) do not earn punches toward the next card.
⚠️ If Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. must cancel a retreat, punches are not earned.

Eligibility

The Hiraeth Hearts programs are available to all retreat attendees of Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. Attendance history will be verified by our official registration records.

Restrictions

  • Loyalty and referral discounts apply only to retreat registration fees; they do not apply to lodging, meals, or other retreat-related costs.

  • Discounts and codes cannot be combined with any other offers, scholarships, or promotions.

  • Punch cards, discounts, and codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.

  • All discounts must be redeemed at the time of registration; they cannot be applied retroactively.

  • If Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. must cancel a retreat, punches are not earned.

Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Hiraeth Hearts program at any time. Updates or changes will always be reflected on our website.
