Community Appreciation Perk

Individuals who have attended three or more events may receive a registration credit toward a future event. Eligible participants will receive a registration code by email. Credits are issued in amounts of twenty five or fifty dollars and may be applied to a future registration during the stated validity period.

Credits cannot be combined with other discounts and must be applied at the time of registration. They cannot be applied retroactively. Expiration details are included in the email issuing the credit.

Repeat Attendee Program

A participation tracking card is issued after a first fully paid event registration. One participation credit is earned for each fully paid event registration. Registrations that receive a discount do not earn additional credits.

After six fully paid registrations, a twenty five percent registration credit may be issued for a future event. After twelve fully paid registrations, a fifty percent registration credit may be issued for a future event. After a fifty percent credit is applied, a new tracking cycle begins.

Credits apply to registration fees only and must be applied at the time of registration. If an event is canceled by Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc., participation credits are not issued for that event.

Referral Recognition

Community members may receive a registration credit for referring a new participant to an event. To be eligible, the referred individual must list the referring participant during registration. Referral credits are issued after verification and are emailed directly to eligible participants.

Referral credits apply to registration fees only. They cannot be combined with other offers and may be used one time per referral. Credits must be applied at the time of registration.

Important Information

Hiraeth Hearts benefits are subject to change and availability. Participation does not guarantee eligibility for future credits. All credits are non transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Hiraeth Hearts is a community appreciation program created to recognize ongoing participation and connection within Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. These offerings are one way we acknowledge continued engagement while maintaining fairness, transparency, and sustainability across our events.

Participation in Hiraeth Hearts is optional. All benefits apply to future event registrations only and are subject to the terms outlined below.

Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. values transparency, fairness, and consistency across all community appreciation programs. The following guidelines outline how Hiraeth Hearts operates and apply to all participants.

Eligibility

Hiraeth Hearts programs are available to individuals who have attended retreats hosted by Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. Attendance history and eligibility are verified using official registration records maintained by the organization.

Restrictions

Loyalty and referral benefits apply to retreat registration fees only. They do not apply to lodging, meals, transportation, or other retreat related costs.

Discounts, credits, and codes may not be combined with scholarships, other discounts, or promotional offers. All credits and codes are non transferable and have no cash value.

Credits and discounts must be applied at the time of registration. They cannot be applied retroactively to past registrations or payments.

If a retreat is canceled by Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc., participation credits or punches are not issued for that event.

Program Updates

Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any Hiraeth Hearts program at any time. Any updates or changes will be reflected on the website.
