💙Hiraeth Hearts

Hiraeth Hearts is a community appreciation program created to recognize ongoing participation and connection within Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc.

Through Hiraeth Hearts, we recognize individuals who continue to participate in eligible Hiraeth Hope & Healing gatherings, including retreats and Wellness Weekends. The program reflects our belief that community care can also include creating pathways that help people return, reconnect, and remain part of spaces that feel meaningful to them.

Participation is optional. Registration credits apply only toward future event registrations, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to the program guidelines outlined below.

Ways to Earn Hiraeth Hearts

Community Appreciation Perk

Individuals who have attended three or more HH&H eligible HH&H gatherings may periodically receive a registration credit toward a future event. Eligible participants receive a registration code by email. Credits are typically issued in the amount of $25 or $50 and may be used during the stated validity period.

Credits apply only to registration fees, cannot be combined with other discounts, and must be applied at the time of registration. Expiration details are included in the email.

Repeat Attendee Program

A Hiraeth Hearts punch card is issued after a first fully paid eligible HH&H gathering registration. One punch is earned for each fully paid event registration. Registrations that receive a discount do not earn additional credits.

After six fully paid registrations, a 25% registration credit may be issued for a future event. After twelve fully paid registrations, a 50% registration credit may be issued for a future event. After a fifty percent credit is applied, a new tracking cycle begins.

Credits apply to registration fees only and must be applied at the time of registration. If an event is canceled by Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc., participation credits are not issued for that event.

Referral Recognition

Community members may receive a registration credit for referring a new participant to an eligible gathering. To be eligible, the referred individual must list the referring participant during registration. Referral credits are issued after verification and are emailed directly to eligible participants.

Referral credits apply to registration fees only. They cannot be combined with other offers and may be used one time per referral. Credits must be applied at the time of registration.
