Online Peer Support

Hiraeth Hope & Healing offers virtual Zoom-based support spaces for individuals seeking connection and shared understanding from wherever they are. These gatherings provide an accessible way to engage in community without the need for travel or in-person attendance.

Zoom support spaces may be peer-led or professionally supported, depending on the gathering. Participation is always optional, and individuals are welcome to listen quietly, participate briefly, or step away as needed.

What to Expect

Zoom support spaces are intentionally held with care and respect. While formats may vary, all gatherings prioritize consent, boundaries, and choice.

These spaces are not therapy and are not intended to replace professional mental health care. Instead, they offer opportunities for presence, reflection, and shared experience in a supportive virtual environment.

How to Participate

Information about upcoming Zoom support gatherings, including dates and individual registration links for each gathering, is shared through our community channels and event listings.

Access to Zoom support gatherings is available only through pre-registration. After registering, participants receive an email with their unique Zoom access link for that specific gathering.
