Scholarship Information & Financial Assistance

Hiraeth Hope & Healing, Inc. offers a limited number of scholarships to help reduce financial barriers for individuals wishing to participate in select events and gatherings. Our goal is to increase access while preserving the sustainability of the programs and community experiences we provide.

Our retreats, wellness weekends, workshops, and gatherings are peer-led and community-centered, creating spaces for connection, reflection, and healing. We understand that financial circumstances can sometimes make participation difficult, and scholarship assistance is one way we work to help make these opportunities more accessible.

Because scholarship funding comes from the generosity of our community and supporters, availability varies throughout the year. Each request is reviewed thoughtfully, respectfully, and confidentially, taking into consideration both individual circumstances and available funding. Submitting a scholarship request does not guarantee financial assistance.

Scholarship Guidelines

• Scholarships apply to registration fees only. They do not cover lodging, transportation, meals outside those included with the event, or other optional expenses.

• Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on financial need, individual circumstances, and available resources at the time of application.

• To help extend support to as many individuals as possible, those who have previously received a scholarship are generally not eligible to receive additional scholarship assistance.

How Scholarships Are Funded

Scholarships are made possible through the generosity of community members, past participants, donors, and supporters who believe financial circumstances should not prevent someone from accessing trauma-aware peer support and community. Every contribution helps expand access for future participants.

Receiving a scholarship does not guarantee a place at an event. Registration remains subject to event capacity, availability, and all applicable registration policies and deadlines.
