Helix Hearthkeepers
Helix Hearthkeepers are returning community members who offer light, peer-based connection within Hiraeth Hope & Healing.
They are available for those navigating new or unexpected DNA discoveries, as well as for those who may simply want someone to connect with or talk to within the community.
Within the community, Hearthkeepers may serve as informal peer connections for those who would appreciate a familiar presence while navigating support spaces, gatherings, or community engagement.
For those attending retreats or gatherings, Hearthkeepers may also connect with participants prior to arrival, offering a familiar point of contact and helping ease the transition into shared space. If this would feel supportive, you may opt in during registration or email us at any time to explore connection, as availability allows.
Helix Hearthkeepers are not facilitators or therapists. Their role is to offer connection, familiarity, and a gentle point of contact within the community.
Participation is always optional, and either person may step back at any time.
You do not have to walk in alone.
What to Expect
Connecting with a Helix Hearthkeeper is a voluntary and flexible experience. Some may choose a brief introduction before a retreat or gathering, while others may appreciate occasional connection while navigating community spaces.
There is no expectation to share beyond what feels comfortable, and either person may step back at any time. The connection is meant to offer familiarity, not obligation.
Availability may vary, as Hearthkeepers offer their time freely.
How to Request Connection
If you are interested in being connected with a Helix Hearthkeeper, you are welcome to email us when and if it feels right for you. Helix Hearthkeeper connection is available across the Hiraeth Hope & Healing peer support community and is not limited to retreats or gatherings.
These connections are part of our broader community support offerings, providing optional, peer-based connection for individuals seeking a sense of familiarity while navigating support spaces, shared experiences, or personal discovery.
When applicable, there may also be opportunities to opt in during registration for certain events or offerings.
Requests are reviewed thoughtfully, with consideration for availability and alignment.
