Together, we’ve grown through the hardest moments, celebrated breakthroughs, and built meaningful, lasting connections that go far beyond surface-level support.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday is co-hosted by trauma-informed professionals, NPE Healing Hearts, offering additional insight and grounding as you navigate your healing journey.
