Our Facilitators
Hiraeth Hope & Healing facilitators support gatherings and community spaces with care, presence, and respect for lived experience. Their role is to help create environments that feel grounded, welcoming, and responsive to the needs of those participating.
Facilitators do not direct outcomes or set expectations for how individuals should engage. Instead, they help hold space so participants may explore, connect, or rest in ways that feel supportive and self-directed.
How Facilitators Support Our Spaces
Facilitators are attentive to group dynamics, boundaries, and pacing. They help maintain an environment rooted in consent, choice, and mutual respect, while remaining flexible to the needs of each gathering. Participation is always optional, and individuals are never required to share or engage beyond what feels right for them.
Our facilitators come from a range of backgrounds and experiences. What unites them is a shared commitment to care, presence, and thoughtful engagement.
Facilitator Selection & Support
Facilitators are thoughtfully selected and supported by the organization. They receive guidance aligned with our commitments and community approach, and they engage in ongoing reflection to ensure spaces remain respectful and responsive.
