Connect and Reflect Online

Participation is always optional.

Spring into MOVE
Hiraeth Hope & Healing is partnering with LifElevated Wellness to share MOVE, a virtual embodiment series designed to support gentle reconnection with the body through movement, breath, and somatic practices.
These sessions are facilitated by Hope Sacher of LifElevated Wellness and offer space to explore:
Releasing tension and held energy
Cultivating steadiness, clarity, and internal awareness
Reconnecting with the body in a paced and supportive way
MOVE is intentionally gentle and adaptable. Participation is always optional, and individuals are welcome to engage in ways that feel right for them.
Sessions are offered Tuesday evenings at 6 PM and every other Saturday at 9 AM.
A portion of proceeds from participation in MOVE supports Hiraeth Hope & Healing and its ongoing community-based programs and offerings.
Hope Sacher, is a Registered Nurse, Certified Yogi and Kripalu certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. As a Holistic & Integrative nurse, Hope integrates the mind, body and soul, to achieve elevated health and wellness for her clients.
