Sanctuary Sponsorship

Sanctuary Sponsorship offers a way for individuals or organizations to contribute toward the practical costs of holding in-person community spaces.

These contributions may help support lodging, meals, accessibility needs, facilitator costs, and shared spaces where people impacted by family separation and origin loss can gather with care.

Sponsorship is offered in support of the work, not in exchange for influence or recognition.

Some sponsors may choose to remain private, while others may be acknowledged publicly with permission.

All sponsorships are guided by shared values, respect for community boundaries, and responsible engagement.

    • Listing of your name on the retreat website and in printed retreat materials, when applicable

    • A brief acknowledgment on social media recognizing your support

    • Recognition as a supporter of attendee well-being and the care required to sustain safe, shared spaces

    All acknowledgments are optional and offered with respect for individual preferences. Anonymous sponsorship is welcome.

  • This level supports the practical and logistical needs of holding in-person community spaces.

    Acknowledgments may include:

    • Display of your logo on the retreat website, in printed retreat materials, and in a post-retreat recap, when applicable

    • A brief acknowledgment on social media recognizing your contribution

    • Complimentary retreat registration for one guest, when available

    • Recognition as a supporter of spaces held for reflection, care, and community presence

    All acknowledgments and registrations are subject to availability and offered with respect for community boundaries. Complimentary registration does not confer priority care, influence over programming, or special access. Anonymous sponsorship is welcome.

    Acknowledgments may include:

    • Placement of your logo on the retreat website and in printed retreat materials for up to 12 months, when applicable

    • Verbal acknowledgment during opening and closing gatherings at retreats held within the year, when appropriate

    • Periodic acknowledgment on social media recognizing your support

    • Complimentary retreat registrations for up to two guests, when available

    • Recognition as a supporter of spaces held for connection, care, and restorative community experience

    All acknowledgments and registrations are subject to availability and offered with respect for community boundaries. Complimentary registrations do not confer priority care, influence over programming, or special access. Anonymous sponsorship is welcome.

  • This level supports the sustained holding of community spaces across multiple gatherings over time.

    Acknowledgments may include:

    • Prominent placement of your logo on retreat-related materials, including the website, printed materials, and on-site signage, for up to 12 months, when applicable

    • Recognition as a lead sponsor during retreats held within the year, when appropriate

    • An opportunity to share a brief welcome or closing message at one retreat, when aligned with the tone and boundaries of the space

    • Periodic acknowledgment in the newsletter and on social media recognizing your support

    • Complimentary retreat registrations for up to four guests, when available
